Items can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.*
Refunds are usually processed on our end within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your individual bank. All refunds will be credited to the card used on the original order or as store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Online Return Method
- Items must be retuned in their original packaging, including shoe bags and/or shoe boxes, and must be in new condition.
*We are unable to accept returns of soiled or used items.
- Log in to your account at Birch Country Store.
- Select the item you wish to return, the quantity, and the reason for return.
- Select your desired return action.
- Package items for return and ship with the carrier of your choice.

When returning a gift, please contact us with the original order number to receive store credit.
Order the wrong size? No problem!
1. Place a new order for the correct size.
2. Return the wrong size to us following the Online Return Method (above).
All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
Orders will normally be shipped from our store within 1 business day. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
